This page explains how Coach Club collects, uses and protects your information. It is maintained by Coach Club and describes the service's processing of personal data; it is not an independent audit or certification.

What information do we process?
- Account information: name, email, language preference and role (coach/client).
- Coaching data: Wheels of Life, time reflections, obstacle maps and personal reflections.
- Session metadata: booked times and preparation reminders.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
Legal basis
Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) to provide the service, legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and abuse prevention, and consent where you actively approve it, such as AI analysis.
Where is your data stored?
In the EU. AI requests to model providers may leave the EU when needed; only anonymised text from the current submission is sent, never names or contact details.
Your rights
- Access and portability: export all your data as JSON through Settings → Privacy.
- Erasure: delete your account and all related data in the same view.
- Correction and restriction: email us and we will respond within 30 days.
- Complaint: contact your national data protection authority.

- Database and authentication — EU.
- Stripe (billing).
- Lovable AI Gateway (AI summaries).
- Cloudflare (hosting and DDoS protection).
Cookies
We only use cookies that are technically necessary for sign-in. No tracking or marketing pixels.
