Look at the same question from several angles and notice what repeats: where energy goes, what gets avoided, what keeps coming back.
Bring something concrete to the next coaching session. A short, honest picture of where you are makes the conversation more focused from the first minute.
The full set is fifty evidence-informed self-assessments. Four of them are free and open to anyone — you do not need a Coach Club membership, an account or a card to start. They are the fastest way to see whether this way of working fits you before anything else.
The rest arrive with The Analyser Pro. When it launches, Coach Club members get the whole set inside the same place their other tools live, so the answers feed the same history as everything else in the platform.
A self-assessment is not coaching and does not try to be. What it can do is put an honest picture of where you are on the table before the session starts, so the first ten minutes are not spent circling for a starting point. That is the whole idea: more focused coaching conversations, because you arrive with something real.
The Analyser Pro is a set of 50 evidence-informed self-assessments you complete on your own, before or between coaching conversations. Each one asks a narrow question and gives you a picture of your own answers, so the conversation that follows starts from something real instead of a guess.
No. Four of the assessments are free and open to anyone — no Coach Club account, no card, no trial.
No. It is built for self-reflection and personal development. It describes how you answer today; it does not diagnose, label or screen for any condition, and it is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified clinician.
The questions are drawn from well-established lines of psychology and coaching research — strengths, motivation, values, energy and behaviour patterns — rather than from a personality theory with no empirical support. Every assessment is still a self-report: useful for reflection, not a measurement of you as a person.
The Analyser Pro is coming soon to Coach Club. The four free assessments are the starting point; the remaining 46 arrive with the full set.
A self-assessment is not coaching. It gives you and your coach a shared, honest starting point — the coaching work itself happens with your coach, not with the tool.
The Analyser Pro is for self-reflection and personal development. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not provide medical, psychological or clinical assessment. If you are struggling with your mental health, speak to a qualified professional.
