Sleep, movement, food, recovery — the base everything else rests on.

Print it for the session, or let clients fill it in digitally between calls so the second round lands next to the first. Eight areas, a 1–10 scale, and the questions that turn a drawing into a conversation.
Free, no sign-up for the PDF. The digital version keeps every round so you see the trend.
Sleep, movement, food, recovery — the base everything else rests on.
Direction, challenge and recognition, not only the job title.
Control and margin, rather than the size of the number.
Partner, family, the people who know the unedited version.
Learning, curiosity, the sense of still becoming someone.
Time that is not productive and is not supposed to be.
Home, workplace, the places the client spends their days.
Whether the effort adds up to something the client values.
Rename any area that does not fit your client. A founder may need "team", a parent of a newborn may need "sleep" as its own slice. The template is a starting point, not a form.
Gut feeling, not analysis. 1 is 'this needs attention today', 10 is 'this is working'.
Fill each slice up to its score. The shape matters more than any single number.
Not the lowest — the one where a change would lift the others too.
One action inside the next seven days, small enough that it will actually happen.
The second wheel is where coaching value appears: the trend, not the snapshot.
Yes. The printable PDF template on this page is free to download and use with your clients, with no sign-up. The digital version — where clients fill it in between sessions and you see the trend across rounds — is part of Coach Club's 14-day free trial.
Score each of the eight areas from 1 to 10 on gut feeling, shade each slice up to its score, then look at the shape of the wheel rather than any single number. Choose one area where a change would also lift the others, and commit to one action within seven days.
The common set is health and energy, career and work, finances, relationships, personal growth, fun and recreation, physical environment, and meaning and contribution. The labels are not sacred — rename them with the client when their life does not fit the defaults.
You can — a radar chart in Excel or Google Sheets works. The limitation is history: unless you save each round and overlay them, you lose the comparison that makes the exercise useful the second time. That is what the digital version handles for you.
Every four to six weeks. More often and it turns into reporting; less often and you miss early signals such as sliding energy or a quietly abandoned priority.
